Shipping & Returns
All items are shipped with tracking and insurance.
Some items in our store that are handmade to order or are more popular (such as Rae Dunn Clay), will take longer to ship due to the product's nature. We will state in the product's description if this is the case, as well as an estimated shipping time for you. We truly appreciate your patience in receiving these types of items!
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification to your email on file (and via Facebook Messenger if you opt for notifications during checkout). If you create a profile with us, you will also be able to log into your profile to view your order information and tracking once available at any time.
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy window to be received in the condition it was purchased in. This means that the item must be postmarked within 30 days of when the tracking information shows receipt. Shipping is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
For damaged and defective items, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of receipt with your order information and a photo of the damage/defect. In damaged/defective situations, we will send a replacement as soon as possible. Should the customer want to return the item completely, you will receive a full refund for the product however shipping is non-refundable.
